Christopher Ajayi is a highly accomplished Civil Engineer with over a decade of experience in managing intricate infrastructural and road projects. His educational background includes a National Diploma (ND), a Higher National Diploma (HND), and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering, the latter of which he is set to complete in 2024 from Federal University Oye-Ekiti, Nigeria. Christopher’s career is marked by exceptional leadership and technical proficiency. He has successfully led teams in delivering 35 civil engineering projects including warehouses.

His project management skills are evidenced by his development and execution of comprehensive plans, effective risk management strategies, and a zero-accident record across 55 projects. Notably, in his previous role as a Construction Engineer at Defmax Global Resources Nig. Ltd, he improved the company’s profile by 72% within two years through meticulous site inspections and effective collaboration stakheholders and clients.

In addition to his project management expertise, Christopher has experience in environmental engineering. As a Storm-water/Wastewater Manager at Vindication Construction Company, he developed storm water management plans for 88 projects and worked with environmental agencies to address water quality and run-off issues. Christopher’s broad skill set includes brick-laying, carpentry, project planning and management, site planning, budgeting, cost control, risk management, and team leadership. He is proficient in ICT, including MS Office and web design, and has a strong grasp of storm-water control and wastewater treatment optimization.  Active in professional development, Christopher is a member of the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE), the Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered), and the Society of Petroleum Engineering (SPE). He is fluent in English and possesses basic knowledge of French, enabling him to work effectively in diverse environments.
