During his brief tenure at Farm Cart Tanzania as a Draughtsman from August to November 2022, he contributed to redesigning farm carts and preparing detailed technical drawings for manufacturing processes.
In addition to his professional experience, Egino has participated in several training programs aimed at enhancing his technical skills and safety awareness. Notably, he completed mandatory safety training in the maritime industry and attended workshops on shutdown maintenance and construction safety, among others.

Egino possesses a variety of technical skills, including expertise in using power and machine tools, AutoCAD for technical drawing preparation, SolidWorks for modeling and simulation, as well as AutoCAD Plant 3D for piping and instrumentation diagrams. He is well-versed in computer applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and has developed essential entrepreneurship and leadership skills.
