Elijah Wainaina Gakuru is a highly skilled and experienced Kenyan project manager in the construction industry. He is fluent in English and Kiswahili. There, he honed his skills in obtaining permits, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality control and safety standards, and providing technical advice on-site.
Elijah’s expertise spans across various areas of construction management, including project and site management, risk assessment, health and safety regulations, financial management, and operational management. He is proficient in using software such as MS Project, Teamwork, Archard, and AutoCAD. His technical skills extend to surveying and setting out, with proficiency in using total stations and theodolites.
As a member of the Institute of Clerk of Works of Kenya and the Association of Construction Managers of Kenya, Elijah stays updated with the latest developments and technologies in the construction industry. His strong organizational and time management skills, coupled with his ability to prioritize and plan effectively, have consistently resulted in successful project deliveries.
Elijah’s educational background, which includes excellent performance in both his K.C.S.E (Mean Grade A-) and K.C.P.E (370 marks), forms a solid foundation for his professional achievements.
