Joseph Mashengu is a dedicated and self-driven individual with a profound passion for the construction industry, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Construction Management, expected to graduate in 2024. His educational journey began with the completion of his KCPE and KCSE certificates from Kenyatta High School, where he laid a strong foundation for his future endeavors. In addition to his formal education, Joseph has enhanced his skill set through specialized training, including Oracle Primavera P6, which he completed in August 2023.

Joseph’s professional experience includes a significant role at S & F Construction Company, where he was involved in site supervision, task allocation, and materials management. His responsibilities also encompassed the preparation and submission of daily reports, showcasing his strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Joseph’s ability to communicate effectively and his interpersonal skills have proven invaluable in managing and coordinating construction projects, allowing him to lead teams successfully and deliver projects on time.

His expertise extends to project planning and control, risk identification and assessment, health and safety compliance, and good housekeeping procedures. Joseph is proficient in design software such as Archicad and possesses excellent report writing skills. His strong work ethic and leadership capabilities make him an ideal candidate for any construction management role.

In addition to his technical skills, Joseph is actively involved in various professional organizations, including the Construction and Real Estate Student Association, the Rotaract Club, and the Elimisha charity campaign.
