Samuel Olusegunbiyi is a results-driven Construction Project Manager with over eight years of extensive experience in leading and delivering successful projects across various sectors. He possesses a strong expertise in strategic project planning, implementation, and design supervision, utilizing advanced tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and 3DS. In his current role at Teleiose Contracting Limited since September 2020, Samuel has been instrumental in planning, directing, and delivering projects that meet key objectives within agreed budgets, timelines, and quality standards. He has implemented and maintained robust systems that facilitate effective planning, scheduling, and execution of projects, significantly enhancing overall project management efficiency. Samuel excels in supervising workers through prompt scheduling, organizing, leading, and monitoring, ensuring strict adherence to project plans, organizational policies, and safety standards.

Prior to his current position, Samuel served as an Intern Engineer at Hamilton Corporate Business Limited from April 2018 to July 2020. In this role, he provided technical advice regarding design, construction, and program modifications while ensuring safety compliance during project planning and execution. He successfully managed and directed workers in construction operations and documentation, implementing efficient processes that resulted in improved fleet performance. Samuel played a key role in the implementation of new project management templates and the creation of a functional Project Management Office (PMO), successfully completing 15 new buildings and over 20 renovated structures.

Samuel holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, which he is set to complete in 2024, and a Certificate in Facility Management Basics Training obtained in 2023. He also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria, in 2020.
